Kinda Pissed? Bought semi wet weed?

Dealer couldnt find his weed and mumbled something like ill just pick it, im guessing from the plant? It was really sticky and was hard to break up. It didnt seem wet like he picked it off the plant exactly, ive grown before and remembered when you pick it how wet it is. Can you dry bud when its still growing or hasnt been "killed yet"? How much potency drops from semi wet weed? Defintley not buying again.

If its a bit moist you can either leave it out exposed to the air and it will dry out or put a light close to it to speed up the process. I've had this happen to me in the past too but also got some fresh buds from a friend that i couldnt wait to dry. Also you shouldnt experience too much of a decline in potency, if anything dry weed will burn better and will make smoking easier.
