Opioids Kidney Stones and Percocet 5mg

iv posted before but I just got diagnosed with kidney stone 1 week ago and was perscribed 5mg percocets. I took only one a day for 3 days straight thsn skipped a day then took one on friday and than skipped another three days and took 1 today...is it possible for me to become physically dependent on them with thos regiment? and suffer withdrawals?
 
Physical dependence on opioids usually takes several weeks of daily use for novices. If you've been addicted before it's possible to experience withdrawal symptoms after shorter usage
 
thanks for the feed back yeah thats why i am asking i was addicted to 30mg roxys for 2 years, but i over came that about 6 years ago so iv had a lot of time betwern than and now. not sure if that matters?
