I have been taking this on and off now for over a week. It says on most sites not to take for any longer then a max of 5 days but i have been having tooth pain and also tmj thats killing me. So against my better judgment i am taking it for longer then that.

How bad is this stuff anyway? I read about the kidney damage and stomach damage.
 
It's pretty nasty stuff. And frankly, unless it's administered intravenously, it doesn't really have any significant efficacy advantages over other oral NSAIDS, at least in ratio to high toxicity. Switch to ibuprofen
