Ketamine therapy, IV administered in hospital setting - success??

Well, by example, in Ireland and the UK, they'll script only amitryptiline, dosulepin, anafranil and surmontil, in the tricyclic catagory, simply because they are the only ones they are used to scripting.

The netherlands seems to take a more varied and open minded approach, having recently approved Wellbutrin for depression treatment, as well as often using TCA's as first line treatment, should this be a patient preference.
Not to mention the array of TCA's available, including desipramine and pamaler - the two which I believe may be particularly beneficial for me, given my symptoms of fatigue.

I suppose the next step to take is to contact GGZ and attempt to liaise with a psychiatrist there, before I abandon my support system here and move back completely.
