Kava Kava extract(oral dosage//can I smoke this shit)

So I picked up some Kava Extract made by Gaia Herbs. It's 37.5mg of Kavalactone per ml of solution. Few general questions. How many mg should I take? Maybe a link to dosages in mg form? Also, what are the effects of vaporization on the kava extracts? Btw Im a 6 foot tall, 155lb, male with no prior experience with Kava

Some of the kavalactones are heat sensitive, so I wouldn't vape it Personally. It should be fine to take orally.

Just be aware that some extracts use unsafe parts if the piper methysticum plant, so it's a good idea to do some research on your product. Also, don't chase a high that doesn't exist. YMMV

I shudder to think of what it would taste like to vape kava extract! It is disgusting to drink, let alone getting vapor in your sinuses. Jesus.

Take the recommended dose and redose if needed. If you take too much you'll be puking your guts out.
