Recovery Just goin for a walk (again) to sustain movement.

Going for a walk is awesome. Try to go for a walk everyday even if it isn’t a long one. The fact you’re doing exercise at all is better than no exercise.

I would go on more frequent and longer walks outside if I could find a nice spot without too many people.
 
Imma go up this mountain behind our crib when it cools a bit. Goona be "fun" fo sho but will be unarmed and open.

but imma climb that "mountain" and hope I can talk SO to join me....
