General anethesa or just sedation and local anesthesia? I've had both.
General: just went out like a light, woke up slowly and very groggy. Nothing really trippy.
Sedation: More weird, profound amnesia though but from what I remember it was like an ambien trip. In my case it was just a short acting benzo so that makes perfect sense. As far as I know I've never had Ketamine in the hospital, but I hear in most cases they pair it with a strong benzo and the dose is so high you don't really remember much, but sometimes have an "emergance reaction" when you are coming to.
