IV propylhexadrine

Hey guys, first off, so no one freaks out or anything lol, no im not planning on doing this. I am only currious as to why there are so many reports of death from IV propylhexadrine but not intranasal, rectal, orally exc. What is it that occurs in the body for the propylhexadrine to kill someone via IV? Does it just cause the vasoconstriction to occur much more instantly or too excessively for the heart to function? It just dosent make sense to me. Thank you for any feed back.
