IV in armpit.. for those whose veins are running out..

I thought any of those out there who's veins have been shot out and who search the net or this place for something new you haven't heard of or tried yet would appreciate this..if you are like my friend you have a hell of a time finding a good vein to use because they are mostly gone now. I read someone else's experience with the armpit and don't believe I see too many mention having used it. My friend puts his right hand behind his head and lays down..if you feel for it you can feel the vein in the pit..much easier if you are shaved or at least trimmed low..using the left hand with the needle pointing down..towards your feet..my friend hits it like a champ. It's there.. it's a good one. If you haven't used it or tried that yet and have problems with not hitting cause they are gone. I recommend giving this a try obviously be aware of the artery and use all sense and caution possible. Hope it helps someone..I was suprised.
