Fentanyl comes in many forms, SWIM happens to have a few of the buccal Fentora. 200mcs a pill. I've tried sublingual which they say in the Insert is acceptable V's. Buccal (between cheek & gums). Does anyone have tried and true instructs on how to prepare these for IV administration to help SWIM reduce harm by just crushing them, putting in a spoon w/ water and drawing up. UNLESS this works like other pills. The difference with these is when you put them under your tongue, they fizz up like pop rocks almost or carbonation but not that bad. That's the part that has SWIM skittish about just crushing, adding water, cotton, and drawing up ready for inject. ANY INPUT I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE.
