Alex Shulgin who of course was a fucking beast, Mainlined DMT synthesisized from piperonal. Now my understanding is most DMT these days are from a\b extractions then washed and recrystillized. LSD dosed many times, never DMT supposed to have some later this week, has anybody ever IV'd it? I heard regardless it's a serious OOBE. That it is instant no matter how indegested. IV is 100℅ bioavailability for the most part, like any other drug, its probably the best method. If one was seeking to mainline, any tips or thoughts?

Yeah, don't do it unless you've extracted it yourself and know relatively how clean/pure it is.

Otherwise its a big risk IMHO, contaminants and possible cuts if your buying the DMT are bad news if you plan to iv it.

Better play it safe and vaporize it, do it properly and you won't need much (around 50mg for a breakthrough, or even less depending on the quality).
It's not a good idea to inject it since you don't know how it was made, it could have a lot of impurities. If you really want to do it use a micron filter
