Itching and burning after injecting?

So, I shoot heroin mixed with crack. When it's shot in my neck, everything is fine, no weird reaction. My arm or hand, maybe a little but not much. But, for whatever reason, when I hit and plunge in my foot, its the most painful burning and itching in my toes and the bottom of my foot. Not where I injected, and it doesn't matter if I change spots. There's no miss bump (from a full miss), or miss blotches (which I get when I hit, but for whatever reason I don't get all of it), and I get a full rush, but the whole bottom of my foot turns into the most painful burning rash for like 10 minutes and goes away... any thoughts?

If I had to make a totally uneducated guess, I would say that your issue is most likely nerve-related. All pain is nerve related, I get that, but I feel that due to the dense congregation of nerves in the feet, it becomes much easier to nick or otherwise irritate some of those nerves, causing the pain. This is just a guess.
