Is this considered sourcing?

I noticed that the Europe OTC drugs megathread in EADD has been dead for a while and I wanted to post something similar. Would that be considered sourcing, as the drugs being sourced are legal and OTC?

sourcing is generally frowned upon as substances which are legal in one location may be illicit in others. we can't moderate separately for every location so we tend to err on the side of caution and just blanket ban sourcing. does that mean that, occasionally an edge case arises where we seem, quite comically, to be banning the source discussion of something quite ordinary? sure, but they are edge cases and that's the price we pay.
