Is there a way to tell if oxycodone is fake or has fentanyl in it?

I've wound up with a lot of oxycodone this year that I believe are fake. I've heard they've been made from random garbage, including Fentanyl.
The people I know who have taken the ones I currently have said that they burned when snorted (already tells me they aren't exactly from a pharmacy) but that the pills definitely got them high.
However, I have a doctor appointment in about 2 days and I would rather not test positive for Fentanyl because I was desperate to stop my withdrawals and got an unlucky batch of oxycodone.
Is there a way to test to see if the pills have Fentanyl specifically?
