Is it safe to snort delmosart 18mg?

Generally speaking it's not safe to snort any pills, the binders in the pills can do damage to your nasal cavities and cause a deviated septum and possibly infections.
Extended release pills like the ones you have are probably going to be even worse than the IR pills. Plus you might not be able to completely defeat the time release mechanism by crushing, so you might also find the effects to be lackluster.
If you do end up snorting these be sure to wash your nose out with saline spray about an hour after you snort them. If you don't have any saline just add a very small amount of salt to your tap water, let it dissolve and snort a little bit of the water into each nostril. I believe this helps clean the left over pill fillers that are still gunked up in your nose.
