Is it safe to order Peyote/ San Pedro cactus online?

Is peyote or san pedro cactus legal to possess? I heard peyote and san pedro were legal as long as it is not consumed. Is this true?

Depends where you live. Generally they are only illegal if u plan to eat them. But police have discretionary powers so...

I believe that in the US anyway, peyote is illegal, but I am not aware of san pedro being illegal anywhere, in fact it's pretty commonly used as an ornamental cactus.
