It does work much better when you stagger your doses. I would take 75mg then 25mgs every 1 hour but no more than 200mg a day. I was just wondering if it's possible to make your body process it slower. It's the only thing that actually helps my depression and anxiety. I've tried pretty much every antidepressant, stimulant and other opioids but only tramadol truly helps. Tianeptine and kratom both have similar effects they don't last long at all and side effects are pretty badTramadol apparently gets more potent the more tramadol you have in your system. I can partially confirm this as I used to stagger my doses and get great effect, sometimes I would get a pretty strong high that lasted 36 hours.
Thanks so much for the info. It looks like you're really smart and you know what you're doing :Dyou need CYP2D6 inducer and CYP3A4 inhibitor

Thanks buddy! Unfortunately, I don't have that medication and it looks like tramadol works very well when you stagger it. Too bad the tolerance builds up right away and it becomes ineffective in a few days.I have found that when I take gabapentin with tramadol the effects last twice as long. Just a few 300mg gabbies throughout the day, while staggering Tramadol. But everyone is different. I started out small & stayed that way & it worked for me. I'm curious as to what others might answer to this thread.
