Is a rhyno pill + meth dope dick safe?

What if I do meth and then take a rhyno pill.

I don't wanna end up with a heart attack

Do you mean methamphetamine or methadone?

Also, do you mean rohypnol?

Regardless, the quick answer is don't take the chance.

Stimulants and benzos are unlikely to give you a heart attack.

But if you mean methadone, then combining that with benzos could leave you dead for sure.
