Traditonally a lot of us will set ourselves a New Year's resolution, which is awesome. But sometimes the new year's resolutions that we set for ourselves can be difficult to achieve, which can bring feelings of being overwhelmed, doubtful, scared, anxious etc. Sometimes we break the resolution only a few days in to the new year, which makes us feel like we've failed at the start of the year already. You don't need to feel that kind of negativity or place that kind of pressure on yourself.
So instead, I propose that we all pick ONE WORD that encompasses what we are aiming for in 2023! Keep it positive, let's have a good, safe, healthy, successful year
