Input on taking Oxycodone and Tramadol together?

Thinking about taking an Oxy 30 IR with 100 mg of Tramadol IR.. Good combo or no?

Not a good idea imho. Tramadol may potentialize some of the side effects like drowsiness and depression of the respiratory system. Oxy is already a pretty strong and addictive medication, and by adding something else you could elevate the risks of having respiratory problems. Or simply increasing your tolerance.
