If you were to be using Buprenorphine for that period of time and experiencing its effects, then it would make you essentially a genetic anomaly to not experience some kind of withdrawal. As Isaac Newton would say, even though he was wrong about a bunch of shit, what goes up, must come down. This is perhaps an oversimplification, but if you're going to use a drug that causes such profound changes in your body chemistry, it's just a matter of fact that there will be a period of negativity following the positivity, if that makes sense.
