In Wales fiending (opiates)- need advice

I am an American and I am visiting South Wales for a few months and I have no way to get any H. I spent hours today trying to come up with a scheme to get some but it seems hopeless without a contact or a car. I feel like dying right now and haven't used in over a week so at least I am not sick. What do you guys do to cope with your cravings when you know there's no way to possibly get a fix?

Think yourself lucky to be out of temptation's way. If you haven't used in over a week, you're on your way to feeling better already.
