Cannabis in like SE Europe from Aut to east

Quality of Sativa, Indica is I suppose rearly, but I could be wrong cause not everyday user.
Is there high THC or, weed is just diff.?

Like Slovenia,Croatia, B&H, Serbia, Montenegro, Hungary(once there was Aus-Hung Monarchy), Albania, Northern Macedonia, Bulgaria....I can go on but the most interest is in first 5 of them, geolocational!, I can understand their language, and Macedonian.
There was a nickname Albanka, but people seem to know little about basic stuff in every drug, but they don't know what bluelight is, so all of you who are here seem to know stuff so the question remains
