Stimulants Importance of injecting meth against the flow of blood

Hello everyone,

Before you warn me, yes I know i shouldnt inject meth but I am going to do it anyway and have already done it numerous times. With that out of the way, Id like to know how important it is to inject with the flow of blood. I have a big fat vein on the back of my forearm. If you have right arm fully bent at elbow, elbow at waist, hand at shoulder(hope that makes sense) you cant miss it. Now i cant seem to get a good angle on it to go with the bloodflow but can def get a shot in going the opposite direction. I honestly think i used to inject heroin in that vein like this when i used H 6ish years ago but my memory of that time is foggy so i cant really remember. ANYWAY, I am older now and a bit more cautious. Also meth seems to be a bit more disagreeable with the surrounding tissue than H if i miss the vein. So any advice on the dangers of going against blood flow or tips on how to do it safely would be greatly appreciated as im not having much luck finding info more in depth than generic "always inject in direction of bloodflow" with no explanation.

I’m having a hard time imagining how any vein on the forearm couldn’t be injected with the flow. When I try to imagine it, it seems harder to inject against than with… Am I missing something here?

You always inject among the blood flow, no expections. If you do it against it the pressure might pop the needle out ofthe vein and your meth meth will be in burning lump in a tissue next to the vein.

This IS a right way to do it. You need to perform it on front of a mirror. But hey, practice makes perfect.

Thanks for the reply! I was thinking of using a mirror but honestly im a bit rusty at injecting so i think that may be a bit too advanced. Thankfully i held off and saved the shot i had cooked up last night instead of shooting it anyways

It becomes your second nature so fast it¨s scary. Practise makes perfect, trust me dude.

Here's a better picture. I've just stuck 30mg midazolam in my arm. I pulled back a 0,5cc of blood washback to proof it's perfectly registered ( as it should be every time). This vein (especially in men [and i'm also a recreational bodyduilder] is thick ang girthy it can take abuse in unbeliavable amounts. I've used it for about past15 years and it still sucks everything in till the last drop, like 5$ crackwhore without dentures from skidrow. So fellas DO NOT RUIN THIS PRECIUOUS VEIN BY INJECTING ANYTHING IN THERE AGAINST THE BLOODFLOW.

@LivingOnValium im going to have to try your method here, that's one of the last big veins ive got left in both arms, always been able to feel it, never managed to register in the cunt, could never get the angle right, but never tried in your mirror way!
Any other specific tips you can give me? Cheers!

All IV drugs should always be injected WITH the blood (towards the heart). Perfect demonstration from @LivingOnValium

Fun Fact: my first time ever injecting, I'd never met someone IRL who injected and had never seen it been done (apart from on Intervention lol) so literally looked it up on WikiHow. Seriously. Very detailed, easy-to-understand and helpful guide.
I've also never "missed" or had any type of injection or problem with a site (apart from I've had two abscess, but both were from IMing codeine, with tap water). Actually, the second one - an intramuscular one in my thigh - was the size of a large lemon and I now have a 5-inch scar there from having needed it removed. The pain from that was INTENSE. The specialist insisted I use a wheelchair in the hospital (pre-surgery) and I was kinda embarrassed he thought I was being a pussy until I was like "Well, it's not like I've BROKE my leg" and he told me that the size and location meant it probably hurt MORE than a broken femur.
Owchies.
