If I go to ER for unrelated reason, could urine drug test cause problems for me?

Its abour whether i have awful quality if life in the future. My quality of life is worae than death many days. But i have a chance of improving it with neurosurgery. If i cant get decent pain relief post surgery and get treated like a drug seeker in future my life will suck.

i'm on the same boat but just man up, bro. Pneumonia is not a joke, would you risk your life for some opiaates? Think about it :/

mate they will give you appropriate pain relief post surgery. this sort of hypothetical is currently putting your life in danger.

i got really worried in rehab about getting prescribed opiates if i needed them so i know where you're coming from but they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. also, since i engaged with the drugs services the fact i'm an addict is on my medical record, and i've still been prescribed sleeping pills.
