Wondering if it’s safe to take these two together or in the same day? Anything I should be worried about if I’m using both?

They're safe to take together.

Ibuprofen isn't an opiate. It's a NSAID. You can safely combine painkillers that are in different classes.

Ibuprofen wouldn't be good with another NSAID like naproxen or diclofenac but it's perfectly fine to take with opiates or acetaminophen.

It won't make you high either.

It is, yes. Totally safe. I believe Vicuprofen is a combination of the two.
I'm on an opoid (Dihydrocodeine) and also and NSAID (Naproxen). There is no interaction, although Naproxen does apparently synergize with opiates. Not Ibuprofen, though.

Absolutely safe in general, unless of course you have an allergy to either. They are often combined both as one compound and in a clinical setting. If you have reservations test them separately first ?
