Ibogaine Treatment--Did you relapse?

For those of you who underwent Ibogaine Treatment...

How many of you were unsuccessful? Why do you think it was?
This is a survey, but the amount of people who have actually tried Ibogaine is so low that I wanted it in this forum for a possible open discussion about results and effectiveness of Ibogaine to treat addiction.

Man, I would really like to know what people have experienced with ibogaine. I'm a daily heroin user that does lots of RCs, albeit safely, and I'm quite interested in Ibogaine. I know it isn't exactly instant sobriety but I've heard good things. If anybody's got experience please, could you describe?
