I want to start my FIRST EVER cycle but am completely clueless on what to use!!! HELP

Apologies if i am posting in a wrong part of the section. New to this!

I know I WILL get a lot of heat for this. But please be open minded as I am doing this to myself and am choosing to do so. I am here wondering the risks and am willing to take them on as I am in a position of complete lack of motivation etc. (I know it sounds stupid to some of you but depression can be a bitch)

These are my stats :

Age : 23

Last time I trained at the gym : 3-4 years ago.

Reason for absence in gym : I have a chronic dislocating shoulder that we have been monitoring and wondering if we should get an operation but have finally come to the conclusion to not do so.

My current weight : 66.1 KG

My current height : 182 CM / 6’2”

My question : (WITH NO JUDGEMENT PLEASE) I want to start going to the gym again as of tomorrow, I will want to start a cycle soon. Probably next week or the week after. I have NEVER used steroids before so this is new to me however the constant discouraging voices of people telling me im looking skinny/unhealthy etc. is just getting to me (I know, it shouldn’t) but I want to get gains quick. I don’t mean as big as a body builder ofcourse.

If I could compare what I would want my body to look like. I would say it would be more on the lean edge like this photo here. [EDIT: can't post phots yet due to lack of posts, but a more "ryan reynolds" type cut body then a "vin diesel" type...

Not too much and not too little. Currently my body if i had to say looked like this..i would say i have a bit more fat/muscle then the man in the linked photo... [EDIT: Again, due to lack of posts i can not post links, my body is basiclaly your average non gym goer, however when strretching and tensing. Muscle can be scene easily.


so you can see my goal.

SO this brings me to my first few questions,

1. Is it really BAD if I go from not having trained for years to training for a week to going on my first cycle… if so.. why? And how?,…
2. I know that oral steroids are bad as they affect ur liver and the gains that you put on go away immediately you are off them. So which SAFE. FAST, and reliable steroid do I need to use to inject? Ive read some people using one dose of one thing and another dose of another.
3. If I plan on doing one cycle. Is a cycle set on a certain amount of weeks or does it determine up to you?
4. this is a quote I read from somewhere ; “I personally did a simple 500mg per week of test for 14 weeks and had great success.” In terms of steroids usage. When someone says they do 500mg per week of something does that mean they do 500 mg once on monday and are good for the week or would they do 125mg a day for four days throughout the week?
5. Lastly. What should i do, I want to get my cycle ready, i know where to get the steroids… i just dont trust asking the pharmacists as i know they have no clue accept for the name of the product. So HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

AND PLEASE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TELL ME WHY THIS IS BAD FOR ME, AT LEAST TELL ME NICELY AND EXPLAIN YOURSELF ☺ AND ALSO HELP ME OUT AT THE SAME TIME BECAUSE I DON’T THINK I WILL not BE DOING THIS REGARDLESS. No offense to any ones opinions. But I just need this right now
 
Being 23 and not going to the gym for a long time? You're not going to see the best possible gains if you start steroid use now. You need to get back into it and gain a bunch naturally before steroids will truly help you. Gaining the natural weight will help you get WAY more out of roid use. You're just gonna throw away money and when you come off your cycle you're gonna lose some of that muscle anyways. Workout for at least 6+ months before you start using gear. Eat right, sleep, put in the effort. Jumping the gun on gear is just a straight up bad idea.

Plus if you don't have the motivation to train naturally you will just lose it all when you come off cycle or not gain any in the first place. I have depression but attitude is 100%. There is no short cut to this. You either put in hard work for the rest of your life or you will never get that body you want. It's not easy and THERE IS NO SHORT CUT. Roid use fresh in the gym is just straight up not helpful. You have not even come close to your genetic potential.

Tl;dr Get motivated or don't even bother doing roids, they are a helpful tool, but they cannot do the work for you. Only you can build you.

Forest Ninja did a good job on why you shouldn't use steroids as a short cut.

Theres more to steroids than just injecting them. You gotta have your nutrition and training on point. Once you figure out how to eat and train properly you will make the gains you want without steroid use. It will just take longer.

Even if you decide to go against everyones word on here because no one will suggest a total gym newb to take steroids, you will most likely lose all the gains you made on steroids because of the lack of knowledge and discipline you have yet to achieve without the use of steroids.


Be smart bud, dont touch steroids until you are 25, that will give you two solid years to learn everything you need to know about steroids, nutrition and lifting.

Here, you just have to ask the right questions...

There are plenty people that can help, but we like to avoid spoon-feeding... You have to do some basic research yourself..

I think GF, has a write up on nutrition somewhere in the stickies above.. maybe in your first cycle..
 
My current weight : 66.1 KG... My current height : 182 CM / 6’2”.. You are underweight for your height by about 40kgs, training and nutrition need to be corrected to get you on track to move closer to your ideal body weight, once on track, AAS might be considered...

Its not bad, but there is a better way, as stated above, nutrition and training should be optimal before considering AAS otherwise you will limit any gains...

Testosterone, esterified.. IE: Test-C, Test-E.. Testosterone is what your body produces naturally ideally you should consider test only for a beginners first cycle, therefore you will understand how your body reacts to supra-physiological doses of test, before considering adding other compounds later on...

Its up to you and the type or amount of compound you choose.. but be aware gains start to stall at the 8-12 week mark in most people..

For stable blood plasma injections injections should be equal to or less than the half life of any compound.. with test-e twice a week 250mg each...

I would just like to add that if you took gear now you would explode in size if you ate properly, then your bad motivation and training ethic would take over past the pct stage and you would end up back to o square one
 
you may want to wait a few years and see if u can bulk naturally. as you get older your metabolism slows. steroids are not as bad as the media makes them to be if taken with caution. as you may know, you still need to work out and consume enough calories when you do them. you will get bigger faster. when you hit 30 years old your testosterone level drops. their are clinics in the usa for HGH. they pretty much hook you up with a dr that gives you a documentation of having low testosterone. then you usually get referred to another dr that will prescribe you steroids or HGH for treating your testosterone deficiency. they do not prescribe them for performance enhancing. it's kind of a loop hole. the whole process and prescription is very costly. it is much safer and legal though. another way that worked great back in the day was going to mexico. security is much tighter now so im not sure if it's still as easy as it was. you just go to a pharmacy and get the drug right there. a good one they often recommend that itsonlyme123 put a link to is sustanon250. it is a mix of 4 different testosterones. you inject it in your ass cheek. they should explain the process and cycle. there are side effects though. they dont shrink your dick they shrink your nuts. as far as i know it should go back to normal tho. once you do a cycle if you keep working it you should more or less be able to keep your shape. you dont want to do too many cycles because it can be very bad for your health. also injecting them is much safer because it is less toxic to your liver compared to oral steroids. you dont hear of steroid users sharing needles so dont worry about disease. if you have money for steroids you should have money for clean needles.

Steroids when you are 23 years old. By next year you will need to use Viagra. And retire with 30 if you get there.

sustanon 250. it is a mix of 4 different testosterones.

There are 4 esters attached to the testosterone molecule at C17 beta-OH... Test is test only the esters attached are different...

Propionate
phenyl-propionate
isocaproate
decanoate
 
One possibility of going from not training to using and training is connective tissue injuries. Sudden increases of strength without allowing time for tendons and ligaments to strengthen as well. I should look for some references, as this may as well be considered "broscience" without. Think about how long connective tissue injuries take to heal.. when they do.

Just some food for thought. Real food will be more helpful.
 
It's not broscience man. I have issues with the tendons behind my hamstring due to overpowering quads. Standing too quickly from a crouched position can cause mild strains for me. I think it's also in part due to flexibility issues as well. When I did more sldl I had less issues with these tendons/ligaments.
 
If you are completely clueless as what to use first off you need to do a shit load of research. Then after research you should run a test only cycle with plenty of ancillary's on hand to ward off any side effects. If you don't understand what i am saying then you have no need to even think of starting a cycle. From someones response on saying starting sustanon i think that is a bad choice because blood serum levels fall too quickly and require frequent dosing usually every 2-3 days in order to avoid side effects. Steroids are some simple thing you should read 5 mins about and jump into a cycle. If your considering a oral only cycle once again your not ready no one should do a oral only cycle they should be used to stack along with your base long or short ester oil. Feel free to ask me any questions as i am well versed on the subject as i used to compete in bodybuilding once upon a time.

Ideally on a first cycle of testosterone only, ancillaries shouldn't be needed, if test is kept reasonably low..

Therefore he'll look like crap. Here's a good layout
if you want to look like an athlete dbol or tbol 25-50mgs daily
look like a decent bodybuilder test and then test 200-300 tren 450-600

Therefore he'll look like crap. Here's a good layout

Incredibly bad advice given tren is one of thehharshest compounds you can inject yourself with, requires ed pinning due to short ace ester, and mixing with test first cycle will lead to unexplainable aide effects due to not knowing whatccaused the issue.
No need for tren as a newbie to steroids, test and deca if you really MUST take 2 injectable...

Tren is harsh really? For who? Get good tren and it's run very easily the only time it's harsh is when you couple it with high estrogen. Unexplainable side effects really? The issue could only come from one of two things anyways and it's easily managed. Test and deca that works maybe once and you'll be way to water retained and probably won't like the look achieved anyways. Don't like that advice I don't care I've been around long enough to know what works in practicality. And test deca cycles don't cut it. It's quite frankly a waste of time.

Tren = sweats, rage, insomnia, baldness and countless other issues.
If somebody has done proper rresearch, knows exactly what they are doing and has hit 95% of theirgGenetic limit, has adequate time and patience and an extremely high level of knowledge such asgGenetic Freak then I probably agree that tren would be fine for a new guy. 99/100 new steroid users do not meet this ccriteria.

Wtf is wrong with my keyboard?????
