Opioids I took Morphine 40mg +102mg of codeine 7/8 hours ago is it safe to take the same amount now ?Also these drugs are completely clean as they are pescrib

I take the drugs orally, and my tolerance is quite high as the amount I mentioned is what gets me high , I don’t feel the effects of what I took currently as it was 8 hours ago .I’m just abit concerned that if I take the same amount it might be a bit much and I could be at risk of an OD . Any advice would help ,thanks !

I'd go with your intuition and have half previous dose maybe
