I feel I need to make a comment here. Yes sometimes it is probably best to be sick, if your body is forcing you to be sick. Nausea can lead to vomiting but not always.
It's never a good idea to induce vomiting, especially if one is under the influence of a drug. You can easily aspirate your vomit or even tear your oesophagus.
In the case of overdose, vomiting will very rarely make a difference and you will still need medical assistance. By the time you are feeling nauseous, enough of the drug has entered your system to do damage. All those shows on tv that show them throwing up and still being ok are bogus. Get help from an ER, don't risk your life.
