I NEED advice all

Hi guys so I know my situation may be nothing to some of u but i need help...ive been taking 6 thirty mg blues ir plust on fentany for over a year....i now want to start weening but everytime i try i get so sick....whats the best way to do it??? Also mine are perscribed not that that matter

Tell your doctor that you want to taper down. Maybe they can prescribe something longer lasting. What is your fentanyl dosage?

Only 50 but i take a minimum of 180mg of oxycodone ir a day
