Meth I get severe, uncontrollable twitches everytime I do ice

Or any amphetamine really.
It's been a problem since I first started 9 years ago but has gotten considerably worst the past 3 months or so.

If I only do a little bit it's not as bad, but if I get enough to have a good euphoria going my legs start spasming and moving all over the place. Like they move constantly. And my toes wiggle. And if I get like TOO spun it'lll be my whole body essentially.

It sucks the big one cuz it's literally impossible for me to hide my use.

I've tried magnesium without any noticeable change, and I've also tried propanlol, which is prescribed for similar symptoms caused by psych meds.

Does anyone else get this? Any ideas on how to help?

I don't take amps very often but the same thing happens to me every time even on adderall. I can watch my leg muscles doing tiny twitches the whole time and I get leg cramps when I try to go to sleep. Very annoying. I have no idea how to stop it, I think it's just the way my body reacts to amps.
