Hydromorphone IV taken orally

Hi guys quick question here. Just wondering if anyone knows how effective IV dilaudid taken orally would be or what would be the most effective method besides IV. Thanx

hydromorphone is the best drug in the world to IV i would say and I've Ived everything.

plugging would be your best bet if you are scared of the needle....but there really isn't much danger except OD if you have a sterile vial

It's over rated. The only goid way to use it is IV. And even then, all you get is a very strong rush, then 15 minutes of pain relief. Then it's gone. It's great to mix with longer lasting opioids though. If you shoot heroin or oxy, use the hydromorphone instead of water. Adds an awesome rush. But if you are really looking for a different roa, you could dehydrate it and snort it. Although usually if you have an ampule it's 1 mg per ml, and there's only 1ml in the vial. So you'll end up with very little powder. It'd be a waste.

Just put it in an oral syringe and plug it. Plugging isn't even close to the danger level of IVing. When plugged it should hit you in 10-20 minutes and cause a decent rush.
