Anything is possible but how practical is it to prepare this formula? If they are pills that wax up or are crush resistant you are gonna have a hell of a time trying to shoot them.
The only advice i can offer is please use a micron filter. You can source these online so you dont need to try and sweet talk a pharmacist or travel to your possibly non existent local needle exchange with your hood up.
Micron filters can potentially save your life and save your veins if used properly. Prefilter through a cotton or whatever other filter you use, then filter through the micron to get the most of the junk out of your syringe.
