I recently came across this information while researching how to convert extended release morphine tablets into an instant release solution.

For anyone that uses these tablets iv this article shows just how important it is to double filter, using a coarse filter followed by a micron.

I realize most would already know this but this article has some excellent scientific information and is approached from a hr perspective, I was advised by a moderator to post it here.
