Hppd/flashback cure

Hello! I having a flashback 3 days in progress. When i focus on the letter.Letters move slowly.
But Other forms of visual change do not appear.
Just focus on the mobile (like pc) letter. It does not appear in books.And the light seems to be getting stronger.The color is lighter. And have a insomnia because a lot of Anxiety
So I take medicine. omega 3, vitamins.and clonazepam but i have a paxil. Paxil make hppd worsen is it right? I don't know how treatment this flashback.Will flashback disappear soon?

Psychedelic.. just little!

It will go away. Keep healthy life style and don't stress about it.

In the future you need to be more careful and conscious if you decide to take something.

.. im afraid my symptom is hppd... no visual snow no after images.. will this soon disappear?
