Ive recently aquired some tylenol 3 with codeine in em (obviously) and ive heard codeine isnt very strong compared to other opiats and ive used hydro quite a bunch dont know if theres any cross tolerance but is there a way to potentiate without CWE just like things to drink? Pop another pill with it?

No I don't use codeine but I'm pretty sure codeine is metabolized to morphine by p450 cyp2d6 enzyme indures are rare

Grapefruits are vague nonselective and of questionable with high risk.

Cimeditine do something at unknown dose but the effect is likely weak and not clear if it is weakly positive or negative .

Apap is clearly toxic and overwhelming
Evidence suggests that using codeine In a manner to get effects like oxycodone will cause liver damage and hospitalization due to damage caused by repeated high dose apap exposure is one of the most common reasons for drug related hospitalization

You're right codeine is (for lack of better term) shit tier bottom of the barrel opiate.

If you have a decent hydrocodone tolerance good luck feeling the t3s. As already stated there are ways to potetiate .. But I just don't know if it will be worth it esp. With out cwe.

Pro tip take an antihistamine cause codeine is lowsy for histamine release.

I am not persuaded that there is a way of increasing codeine with anything available by altering pharmokinetics beyond ~50-60 change in peak values and with very small sample sizes and given large differences between individuals in the enzymes required to metabolize codeine to morphine even though the results might be stastically significant due to large probably that limited size simply caused enormous group variations that it is stastically significant it is not by chance but unlikely a true control was achieved due to of all extraneous and confound

Freakn cell phone sorry.

Basically some research shows some things may slightly increase codeines effects via pharmokinetics at a rate greater then chance that's stastically significant however due to major flaws like sample sample size and a inability to control for all variables especially genes make it unclear that this small difference between groups is due to the interaction anyway. And given such a small possible effect the danger imp greatly outways the risk and the amount of endless reading of long headache inducing papers you could of just done the car a thousand times over

Smoke some cannabis or hash on it. You will get stoned and this does produce a synergistic high between both the THC from the cannabis or hash and the opiate high from the codeine. Stay safe.

Sorry OP, but here in Basic Drug Discussion, threads relating directly to Harm Reduction take precedence over threads that are more or less, guides to a satisfying recreational high. Also, you will ultimately answer your own question faster by doing a little bit of research. This is a "give a man a fish, teach a man to fish" situation. You probably should familiarize yourself at least a little bit with Opioid conversion ratios and the role(s) that enzymes play in the metabolism of Codeine.
