lately the stuff I've been getting is different than what I used to be able to get I can't stay up more than 2 days and I get this weird spaced out feeling where ill waste a large amount of my time zoned out or just stuck in place. how can I help with the zoning out?? I'm eating regularly, I'm sleeping regularly, it's slightly disorienting tbh
