Mental Health how to go from 50mg of zoloft to 75mg?

My doctor recommended that I up my zoloft dosage from 50mg which I've been taking for 2 weeks, to 75mg. Is this a safe dose? Is it safe to do this?

I do not use any illegal drugs, drink alcohol (it makes me sleepy), and the only drug I use is caffeine or having one or two 6-8oz cups of coffee or black tea with milk daily.
