How to deal with Vyvanse crash not using benzos?

Im currently on 70mg Vyvanse pr day

But i experience a crash, like moodswings, anxiety, shaking, fatique

How do i combat this without using benzos?

How will eating effect the crash? Is there anything I can do to get over these feelings?

Whats your experiences? Will stuff like Gabapentin or Lyrica help?

I'd go see my psychhiatrist. i was on elvanse (same in europe) and i was overdosed a little wich make me manic, it was horrible. Talk to your doc, there ist for sure something wrong with dosing.

Some c vitamin, eating properly and gabapentin would all help.

But yeah you should talk to your psychiatrist if youre having such an hard time.
