How to deal with Vyvanse crash not using benzos?

Im currently on 70mg Vyvanse pr day

But i experience a crash, like moodswings, anxiety, shaking, fatique

How do i combat this without using benzos?

How will eating effect the crash? Is there anything I can do to get over these feelings?

Whats your experiences? Will stuff like Gabapentin or Lyrica help?

Can you lower your dose and still get the medicinal ADHD benefits? Or is it recreational use?
