Opioids How often should I potentiate my pills?

Thanks for all the support! Today I stayed grateful for all the freedom my lil old 15mg of methadone gives me from the horrors of neck arthritis :) Tons of exercise, and admitting to myself that after taking that one pill, I was already planning how I could do it every friday.
