Kratom How often can you dose kratom

I take 6.5 grams of kratom for my chronic back pain every 4 hours. It usually keeps my pain at bay but recently it’s only been lasting for 2 hours. I’ve been using the same vendor and the quality has always been excellent.

Can I take more after 2 hours and if so how much? I don’t want to get nauseous or sick.

Redosing sooner than 5 hours isn't optimal. This really just leads to more side effects.

Once high levels of tolerance kick in, the effects only last about 2 hours. Taking kratom more frequently to counter this isn't really the best solution, this will lead to further addiction. Withdrawing from very high doses of kratom (30g+ per day) is horrific.

Consider taking a tolerance break over redosing more frequently.
