If one hasn't been tolerant to them previously then two to four weeks of use is pretty safe though. Everyone is different though.
It's impossible to tell you precisely when you'll become dependent on something to the degree that you'll experience withdrawal.
One way to deal with this is avoid using them when they're not necessary and taking regular breaks, and if there is any withdrawal dealing with that and taking a longer break.
