How much mimosa hostilis for a "treshold" DMT experience

but whats the point? it will be for sure less complete, as caapi really brings a lot to the experience. its not just dmt, but the combination of caapi and dmt that makes ayuasca. if you want to experience DMT, smoke some freebase!

It also mentions how he made the tea and what dose of mimosa he used (25g)

So maybe it is active. As now i know of two people claiming it.

I wonder what causes it to be active though.
Is it kokusaginine like the article claims?

Can someone more knowledgeable in pharmocology tell me if kokusaginine is an MAOi?
