How much meth to take orally for first time user?

This is my first post here and I'm hoping it's in the right place and having read the forum guidelines, it's not inappropriate (I think!)

If a man is an experienced monthly mdma user, how much is a good first time oral dose for crystal meth? A man has no interest in any other ingestion method. Considerable research online has led a man to believe maybe 50mg might be appropriate, taking into account average purity. But there seems to be considerable variation in what is recommended.

We always used to do 0.1g doses. 1 point.

No more thsn that.

Half that is fine.

If the quality is superb, 20mg will be plenty. So depending on quality anything from .02g to .1g or 20mg to 100mg. Anything required beyond this would be very impure
