How much Diphenhydramine to trip?

The doses you guys are describing are intimidating me..

I usually take 50mg when I got a allergy/histamine issue that needs taking care of.

500mg?!?!?! Jesus you must be talking with people who aren't there etc.. lol

You aren't alone in that, I'm not sure I'd ever be willing to go much above 50 mg tbh. From the descriptions I've read, the delirium on big doses of this stuff sounds terrifying.
