How long is MDMA traceable w cutoff; 100ngML

Hi guys, Im new here and this is my first post. So I planned to take 125 mg and redose with 45mg after 60-90 hrs. Im on urinetests (EMIT) at the doctor whe they send my samples in go laboratorie for analysis, where they can see e.g pma, pmma, mdma, mdea and all that. I see that the cut-off levels on my tests are 100 ng/ml, and usually on e.g hometests they are 500ng/ml..

When said 500ng/ml as I believe, they say it can be traceable for 2-4 days and 3-5 days wth HEAVY use. So my question is, how many days do I have to ?be ill? before I can do my urine test safely and be below 100 cutoff?

The people who work there are pretty kind and dumb lol, so if I call them and tells them I am sick, they just want me to come do a urinetest when I feel good again

No, I just wanted to hear your opinions about how long they can see it if cutoff lvl is 100, when its normally 500 hmm

Don't risk it. Just use synthetic urine. https://www.detoxforless.com/pass-a-drug-test/upass-synthetic-urine.html. Assuming this is just for your own recreational urine analysis of course. Otherwise I would wait 30 days after MDMA use to be sure any residual MDMA metabolites are gone.
