How long does it take for your body to clean out organs after IV drug abuse?

I stopped IVing drugs 1.5 years ago. two-three years ago I would be so reckless, I would IV pills of all kinds, from antidepressants like buproprion, to ritalin xr and ir. Now that I look back on that, I realized that non-soluble binders/fillers that are small enough to go through cotton filter probably dissolved in the solutions.

Assuming these binders/fillers went into my bloodstream and possibly deposited into my lungs/other organs, how long does it take for the body to cleanse these particles out of the blood and organs? Is it possible or is there any medication/ procedure to clear it out? I really hope I didn't cause permanent deposits in my lungs etc. I do remember after I IVed like 30 ritalin IR pills in a week I had a bad cough for some time.

Yeah I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it's in there I'm in the same boat. Well not quite as crazy with the prescription stuff but lots of oxy and hydromorphone forsure.
