Misc How long does it take for Benadryl to leave your system?

I took some Benadryl (I think 400 mg) a few days back. I'm not sure how many since I have memory problems I think (haven't been diagnosed with dyslexia or anything like that, though I think I have it), but I want to know because I plan on taking 300 mg to get a high.
